Beach, center and relax! Just a few meters from Torrecilla Beach with fantastic sea view. Orientation is south-east with garden and community pool. Living room with Smart TV, BBC channels, A/C-heating, WiFi OPTICAL FIBER 60MB GRATIS and safe. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and all that may be necessary for long stays. The bedroom with ceiling fan and A/C-heating consists of two single beds that can be joined on request. Bathroom with shower and bidet. I will also provide beach chairs (for 2 people), sun umbrella, beach towels (one per person each week), shopping trolley and welcome pack. We accept small pets upon request. Bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets all nearby, the famous Balcony of Europe only a few minutes away. Free parking in the streets near the apartment.
Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
