Beach, center and relax! Just meters from Torrecilla Beach with fantastic sea view. Orientation is south-east with garden and community pool. Living room with satellite TV, BBC channels, DVD, A/C-heating, WiFi OPTICAL FIBER 60MB GRATIS and safe. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and all that may be necessary for long stays. The bedroom with ceiling fan and A/C-heating consists of two single beds that can be joined on request. Bathroom with shower and bidet. I AM THE OWNER and I will also provide beach chairs (for 2 people), sun umbrella, beach towels (one per person each week), shopping trolley and welcome pack. We accept small pets upon request. Bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets all nearby, to the famous Balcony of Europe only a few meters. Free parking in the streets near the apartment.

Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
Pets extra cost of 3,50€/night with a minimum of 5 nights (17,50€) each pet (only small pets and no more than two).
Cot and highchair: extra cost 6,50€/night with a minimum of 5 nights (32,50€).
