Fully equipped kitchen with oven and everything that may be necessary also for long stays. The bedroom with air conditioning / heating consists of two 90cm single beds that can be put together upon request and be a 180cm double bed. Bathroom with shower. Community roof with fantastic sea view and sun loungers. I AM THE OWNER and I will also provide beach chairs (for 2 people), beach umbrella, beach towels (one per person each week), shopping trolley and welcome pack. We accept small pets upon request. Bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby, the famous Balcony of Europe just a few meters away. Free parking in the streets, outside the building.

Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
Pets extra cost of € 3,50 / night with a minimum of 5 nights (€ 17,50) each pet (only small pets and no more than two).
Cot and high chair: extra expense of € 6,50 / night with a minimum of 5 nights (€ 32,50).
